Senior Systems Analyst

As a Senior Systems Analyst with expertise in SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), your role is crucial in bridging business processes with SAP technology to drive scalable, efficient, and integrated solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with WMS business and functional teams to gather SAP-related processes and integration requirements, translating WMS needs into clear and actionable SAP technical/functional specifications, and ensuring solution designs align with business processes and integration standards. - Working closely with SAP functional and technical teams to design and build solutions involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, IDocs, and APIs, overseeing development activities to ensure alignment with WMS requirements and performance expectations, and supporting SAP configuration and customizations required for WMS integration. - Coordinating SAP-related testing phases including integration testing, regression testing, and UAT, leading defect management, issue resolution, and end-to-end validation of SAP-WMS interfaces. - Acting as the primary point of contact between WMS program teams and SAP stakeholders/vendors, collaborating with architects, SMEs, QA teams, and external partners to ensure cross-functional alignment. - Ensuring all SAP enhancements and integrations comply with enterprise architecture, security standards, and governance policies, supporting documentation, knowledge transfer, and adherence to change management and release processes. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (Masters preferred). - Experience: 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years focused on SAP integration within Supply Chain/WMS environments. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, PI/PO, IDocs, and API integrations. Strong understanding of WMS processes and integration touchpoints (inbound, outbound, inventory, automation, financial interfaces). Proven experience coordinating SAP and vendor-driven solution delivery. - Skills: Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP modules interacting with WMS (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO). Ability to design end-to-end business process solutions. Excellent problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and debugging skills. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business and IT stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP implementation frameworks (Activate, ASAP).,
