Rain Cements, a thirty-nine-year-old company headquartered in Hyderabad and known for manufacturing and marketing Priya Cement, is seeking the experienced Senior Surveyor-Projects will be responsible for conducting precise land and construction surveys to support the development of Cement Plant. This includes layout, stakeout, and verification of civil and structural components, ensuring alignment with design specifications and regulatory standards at its plant located at Unit - 1, Ramapuram (Village), Mellachervu (Mandal), Suryapet (District), Telangana .

Responsibilities:

• Perform topographic and boundary surveys using GPS, Total Station, and other instruments.
• Stake out earthworks, foundations, trestles, and utility lines.
• Establish control points and reference markers for construction activities
• Maintain accurate field notes, sketches, and digital records.
• Prepare detailed maps, plots, and survey reports for engineering and legal use.
• Verify and reconcile survey data with construction drawings and site conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site managers to interpret and apply survey data.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Support resolution of discrepancies in site layout or measurement
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments including GPS, Total Station, and CAD software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction surveying, preferably in industrial projects.
• Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and other surveying software.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in cement plant or industrial project surveying.
• Knowledge of legal boundary establishment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and environmental standards.
