Job Description We are hiring Junior CAD Technicians to work on US land survey drafting projects including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, 3D site plans, and SLAM-scanned data. Full step-by-step training will be provided directly by a senior US-based CAD expert. No prior surveying experience required only basic AutoCAD skills and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Create 2D drawings using AutoCAD based on field data and sketches Draft topographic features, property lines, contours, and site details Follow company CAD standards, layers, symbols, and templates Assist in preparing survey plans and civil drawings Work closely with team members and follow daily workflow targets Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and clean drafting practices Learn Civil 3D tools over time (training provided) Preferred candidate profile Required Skills Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory) Good understanding of 2D drafting concepts Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines Willingness to learn new software and methods Ability to work in a team environment Good English communication (reading/writing) Preferred (Not Mandatory) Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering CAD training course certification Basic experience creating floor plans, site plans, or drafting assignments Exposure to Civil 3D (bonus)
