Senior Support Specialist I

As a Sr. Support Specialist I at Qualifacts, your role involves providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting problems, and optimizing software performance. Your responsibilities include: - Researching and answering customer questions - Providing outstanding customer service with timely and accurate responses - Offering training and consultation - Developing knowledge in other domain areas - Working within additional service offerings like Live Chat, Concierge, and Phone Line - Communicating effectively with team, leadership, and customers - Creating a positive team environment with motivation and energy - Utilizing clearing house to process claims - Working on claims within a 24-hour time period - Identifying rejection trends and working towards reducing them - Resolving moderate to high complexity/priority requests with consistent quality To qualify for this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree, or High School diploma with relevant EHR/Software customer service or behavioral health agency experience may substitute for an undergraduate degree - 2 years of related experience As a Sr. Support Specialist I, you should possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: - Ability to ask probing questions based on effective listening - Being on time and prepared for meetings - Ability to own and deliver on commitments - Proactively assisting teammates with request resolutions This is an onsite position, working 5 days/week at the Vadodara office during the NIGHT SHIFT (6:30pm-3:30am IST).
