Senior Support & NOC Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Support & NOC Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in technical support and network operations. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with Halo PSA, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools
• Monitor and manage network and system alerts within our NOC
• Escalate and coordinate resolution of complex technical issues
• Utilize Halo PSA for ticket management, documentation, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of incidents
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support and NOC operations
• Proficiency with Halo PSA (Professional Services Automation)
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, monitoring tools, and IT systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent
• Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment

Pay: ₹11,967.41 - ₹53,458.98 per month
