As an experienced candidate with 3-5 years of experience in product support, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Possessing technical knowledge on Linux, Docker, and Cloud technology like AWS, as well as databases like PGSQL - Holding preferred technical certifications such as Linux+, RHCSA, RHCE, and RHCA would be advantageous - Demonstrating Linux Scripting Knowledge (Bash, Perl, Python or any combination) - Managing trouble tickets dealing with hardware and configuration issues - Reviewing, understanding, and troubleshooting software/hardware related issues - Being capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines - Displaying a quick learning ability - Exhibiting good written and verbal communication skills Your qualifications for this role should include a B.Tech / BCA / MCA degree.,
