Senior Support Engineer- Privy

We are seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join our team in India, focusing on providing exceptional technical support for our Privy products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to Privy products. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems in a multi-platform environment. Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and advocate for improvements. Create and maintain documentation related to support processes and technical solutions. Train and mentor junior support engineers in best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development lifecycles. Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues in web applications and services. Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
