Senior Supervisor – Tall Building Project

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor to oversee site execution for a tall building project. The role involves managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress through effective coordination with contractors, engineers, and other site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site execution as per drawings and standards.

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and agencies for smooth workflow.

Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of all activities.

Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress.

Resolve site issues and report daily progress to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical background.

5–10 years of site experience, preferably in high-rise or tall building projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.

Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
