Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with 7-12 years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with our project managers to design, analyze, and oversee the construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation in structural design.

Key Responsibilities:•    Learn professional engineering procedures, codes and company standards.•    Complete design engineering calculations relating to structural engineering of buildings.•    Coordinate with client structural consultants to provide satisfactory design calculations matching their design and drawing standards.•    Work with architects and other consulting team members to provide workable engineering solutions.•    Resolve construction issues with contractors.•    Provide field reviews to verify conformance to the structural documents,•    Prepare letters, email, memos or other correspondence related to daily tasks,•    Be responsible for preparing plans and specifications,•    Manage, coordinate and delegate work to the junior engineering and drafting staff,Provide input and suggestions to improve the performance of •    Communicate effectively with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:Mandatory Requirements:•    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. •    7-12 years of experience in structural engineering of buildings.•    Sufficient experience in structural analysis software ETABS and SAFE. Proficiency in SAFE is must.•    Experience in Precast and steel construction is bonus.

Other Requirement: •    Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and standards.•    Good understanding of Indian code is expected. Experience in other international codes such as IS, ACI, AISC, ASCE etc will be added advantage.
