Job Description

Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in service areas and table setups to ensure a hygienic environment for our guests. You will be responsible for upholding service standards in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assisting in the receiving, storing, and rotation of food and beverage supplies to guarantee freshness and quality. Supporting the staff in event setups to ensure smooth execution of functions. Adhering to safety and hygiene standards at all times to promote a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Possess a degree or diploma in Hotel Management to demonstrate your understanding of hospitality operations. Have basic knowledge of kitchen operations, sanitation practices, and safety protocols to maintain high standards of food service. Show attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and physical stamina to handle the demands of the role effectively. Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Exhibit good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide excellent service to our guests.
