Senior Staff Engineer-Java

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Product Management team to translate product requirements into technical designs and frameworks. - Prepare and review technical specifications, review code, and have the ability to code when necessary. - Validate development builds, provide early feedback, and ensure high-quality development delivery. - Stay updated on emerging opportunities in CI/CD and cloud-based deployment. - Support production support teams in resolving production issues and enhancing their productivity with relevant tools. - Work closely with Agile Team Members to maximize business value. - Mentor and guide Junior Developers on Java J2EE technology stack. Qualifications: - 8+ years of software development experience. - Proficiency in developing applications on Java SpringBoot Framework. - Experience with messaging/integration middleware products like Kafka and RabbitMQ. - Knowledge of web frameworks, micro front ends (HTML, CSS, JS), and React framework. - Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, non-relational databases like MongoDB, and object-oriented design & development. - Hands-on experience with Agile development techniques, Azure DevOps, JIRA, SVN, and Git. - Expertise in unit testing frameworks, test automation frameworks, and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. - Exposure to deploying applications using Docker Containers with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipeline processes.,
