Senior Staff Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Business Understanding & Research:

  Deeply understand the business context and conduct primary research to pinpoint crucial customer pain points.

• Requirements Management:

  Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for the product backlog.

• Backlog & Feature Ownership:

  Drive iteration goals and the product backlog, establish clear acceptance criteria, and recommend valuable new features.

• Product Backlog Management:

  Manage the product backlog by skillfully organizing, refining, and prioritizing user stories and features.

• Liaison & Alignment:

  Serve as the vital liaison between the development team, stakeholders, and the Business Product Owner (PO), ensuring the development team remains aligned with the product vision and goals.

• Quality Assurance & Demos:

  Answer functional queries, represent the product at review levels, and conduct compelling product demonstrations to confirm delivery meets all requirements.

• Agile Documentation:

  Create and manage Product Backlog EPICS, Stories, and Tasks, ensuring adherence to the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.

• Process Improvement:

  Continuously seek opportunities to improve the product development process and boost efficiency.

• Decision Support:

  Assist and collaborate closely with the Product Owner (PO) to make informed decisions that are always in the best interest of the project.
