Serve as a key member of the DevOps team supporting the development, deployment, and operation of CI/CD pipelines.
Lead the transformation to a microservices/SOA-based architecture in the cloud.
Provision and manage Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters, namespaces, pipelines, and application deployments.
Develop and implement cloud-based systems across the full system lifecycle--from provisioning to decommissioning.
Build and enhance source code management, build/release systems, and automation tools.
Create automated pipelines, processes, and scripts to support deployment in cloud environments.
Promote Agile and continuous improvement practices across teams.
Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to operationalize DevOps tools and processes.
Mentor development teams on CI/CD and cloud delivery best practices.
Influence design decisions for applications deployed in public cloud environments like AWS and Azure.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong scripting skills (Shell, Python, Ruby, JavaScript, etc.).
Solid understanding of networking concepts (DNS, NAT, routing, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with teams of varying technical backgrounds.
Experience supporting Agile product development teams.
Familiarity with other cloud platforms is an advantage.
