Senior Specialist - SAP BASIS and HANA

As a Procedure Owner at SAP, you will be part of the ECS Delivery Productization team, focusing on end-to-end operations process standardization and optimization in close alignment with the development organization. Your role will involve enabling and supporting ECS Delivery units by providing tool and procedure standardization and automation in the NetWeaver & Database area, covering multi-cloud aspects like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Your responsibilities will include owning integration scenarios, driving standardization, and automation to increase efficiency, and engaging with operation teams to improve processes and tools continuously. Key Responsibilities: - Manage relationships between different stakeholder groups inside and outside ECS Delivery - Take ownership of integration scenarios and operational processes, considering accelerated growth - Drive issue resolution with the team and expert network - Increase automation and stabilization improvements to reduce manual effort and cost structure, delivering faster services to customers Qualifications Required: - 9-13 years of SAP Technical Administration with SAP BASIS skills - Professional experience in Cloud infrastructure, system administration, or technical consulting in SAP cloud implementation & migration projects - Strong SAP BASIS and system operations know-how, ideally in a multi-cloud environment - Best practices experience in SAP application/technology/solution (NetWeaver) - Sound knowledge of BASIS activities like System Installations, Client Administration, System Refresh/Copy, and application update/upgrades - Knowledge in design and structuring of integrated E2E Lifecycle Management Procedures - Good knowledge of OS, Database & Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience working in international teams - Familiarity with trending technologies and tools About the Line of Business: SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is SAP's private cloud managed services provider demonstrating accelerated growth, enabling customers to start their cloud journey.
