Senior Specialist Product Manager

As a Product Manager at NiCE, you will be working closely with product leaders to shape the strategy, create a plan, and drive execution towards launch. Your responsibilities will include establishing, maintaining, and planning the backlog for assigned products, collaborating with R&D, DevOps, and other teams to deliver solutions. You will be the go-to expert for accurate market information, priorities, and product details in your assigned area, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals. Key Responsibilities: - Actively incorporate user research, analysis, and stakeholder feedback into product requirements to meet customer and business needs. - Understand the Product strategy & vision, identify features, contribute to the roadmap, prioritize features, and coordinate schedules for high-quality experiences. - Create use cases and user stories, maintain the roadmap for solving critical problems and delivering value. - Facilitate communication across departments, partner with key stakeholders, and drive innovation solutions. - Coordinate with other Product Owners and Product Managers for cohesiveness. - Manage day-to-day projects related to assigned products and ensure successful feature launches. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of industry experience with 6+ years in product management and formal product management techniques. - Strong product thinking and product management certifications are a plus. - Ability to thrive in ambiguous NPI environments, invent new features, and translate non-technical descriptions into structured requirements. - Excellent communication skills in English, including technical information comprehension and conveying to various audiences. - Self-starter with a sense of urgency, ability to drive strategic conclusions, and work with cross-functional teams.
