Job Description

As a Senior People Success Specialist at MarketStar, you will play a crucial role in executing and overseeing various HR operational activities to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include: - **HRIS Management**: - Manage the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data entry. - Troubleshoot HRIS issues, liaise with IT support, and maintain data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations. - **Employee Lifecycle Management**: - Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers. - Coordinate with hiring managers, employees, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience and maintain employee records in compliance with company policies. - **HR Program Administration**: - Administer various HR programs and initiatives such as employee benefits enrollment, performance management processes, and HR compliance activities. - Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure understanding and compliance among employees. - **Employee Support And Queries**: - Provide timely and accurate responses to employee queries, escalating complex issues to HR management as needed. - **Reporting And Analytics**: - Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends related to workforce demographics and turnover. - Analyze HR data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains. - **Compliance And Regulatory Requirements**: - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Assist with HR audits, data reporting requirements, and compliance initiatives as needed. - **HR Projects And Initiatives**: - Participate in HR projects and initiatives by providing input, testing functionality, and supporting implementation efforts. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 0-2 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or a similar role. - Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and MS Office Suite. - Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism. - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
