Senior Specialist - NetSuite ERP

Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with 6-9 years to join our team
• The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in NetSuite ERP modules, including Finance, Advance Revenue Management, and Multi Book Accounting
• This role operates in a hybrid model during day shifts, focusing on optimizing business processes, implementing innovative solutions, and driving digital transformation
• Prior experience in the automotive or industrial manufacturing sectors will be considered a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement NetSuite solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency
• Oversee integration of NetSuite modules such as Advance Revenue Management, Multi Book Accounting, and Core Setup
• Provide expert guidance on Generative AI to drive innovation and improve decision-making processes
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support custom business requirements and enhance system performance
• Design and publish interactive dashboards using NetSuites Publish Dashboard feature for real-time insights
• Manage the Acquire to Retire process ensuring accurate asset tracking and lifecycle management
• Implement advanced workflows in NetSuite to automate and streamline operations
• Facilitate the Record to Report process ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Oversee the Procure to Pay process optimizing procurement activities and vendor management
• Manage the Order to Cash process ensuring efficient order fulfillment and revenue recognition
• Utilize NetSuite Analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
• Ensure solutions align with strategic goals and contribute to overall business success
• Skills & Attributes Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP modules (Finance, ARM, Multi Book Accounting)
• Proficiency in PL/SQL scripting and workflow automation
• Ability to design and deliver interactive dashboards and analytics
• Knowledge of end-to-end ERP processes: Acquire to Retire, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash
• Innovative mindset with experience in Generative AI applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Industry knowledge in automotive or industrial manufacturing (preferred)
• Certified in NetSuite ERP
