Senior Specialist - NetSuite ERP

As a Senior Specialist in NetSuite ERP, you will be responsible for: - Designing and implementing NetSuite solutions to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Overseeing the integration of NetSuite modules such as Advance Revenue Management, Multi Book Accounting, and Core Setup. - Providing expert guidance on Generative AI to drive innovation and improve decision-making processes. - Developing and maintaining PL/SQL scripts to support custom business requirements and enhance system performance. - Designing and publishing interactive dashboards using NetSuite's Publish Dashboard feature for real-time insights. - Managing the Acquire to Retire process ensuring accurate asset tracking and lifecycle management. - Implementing advanced workflows in NetSuite to automate and streamline operations. - Facilitating the Record to Report process ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. - Managing the Order to Cash process ensuring efficient order fulfillment and revenue recognition. - Utilizing NetSuite Analytics to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. - Ensuring solutions align with strategic goals and contribute to overall business success. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP modules (Finance, ARM, Multi Book Accounting). - Proficiency in PL/SQL scripting and workflow automation. - Ability to design and deliver interactive dashboards and analytics. - Innovative mindset with experience in Generative AI applications. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. - Industry knowledge in automotive or industrial manufacturing is preferred. - Certification in NetSuite ERP.
