Your responsibilities will include understanding and upholding the firm's current culture in all business interactions, conceptualizing and executing various business partner initiatives and activities at a department or sub-department level, conducting employee engagements and providing valuable insights to leaders, implementing established processes at a business level, serving as the primary point of contact for people-related queries within a specific business area, devising innovative solutions to enhance HR processes, building strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels, generating insightful reports to support decision-making, and conceptualizing and implementing strategic HR projects across business units. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA in HR with over 4 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a knack for identifying opportunities to enhance processes and drive efficiency.
