Job Description

As a Senior Specialist in Global Product Management for Small Business Credit Risk at Mastercard, your role involves driving Credit Risk solutions and products on a global scale to add value to various parts of the credit lifecycle value chain. Your key responsibilities include: - Finding new product opportunities to expand the Small Business Credit Risk portfolio and enhance the Go-To-Market strategy of current product sets - Interpreting and applying program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap, effectively communicating it to key stakeholders continuously - Utilizing the Mastercard product management framework to oversee the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements for focus Products - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Product and its operating ecosystem, including regulatory, legal, technology, and competitive aspects, to develop winning Product strategies - Being aware of Mastercard's broader Product offerings and leveraging Products from other business areas to enhance Product capabilities - Utilizing data to identify Product performance challenges swiftly, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues, and prioritizing resources based on data-driven analysis - Showing dedication to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to enhance existing knowledge, skills, and experiences Qualifications required for this role include: - Understanding of credit risk and Mastercard's larger product ecosystem, current market pain points, opportunities, emerging technologies, and trends - Demonstrating ownership, agility, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative and delivering results in a fast-paced, evolving market - Experience in conducting market research, interviewing customers, and testing new product concepts - Possessing a creative mindset with the ability to develop and deliver compelling product value propositions, narratives, and storytelling for diverse audiences - Ability to engage with various levels of leadership within the organization and with internal and external clients, demonstrating leadership and influence at all levels Additionally, as a Mastercard employee, you are responsible for Corporate Security. This includes: - Adhering to Mastercard's security policies and practices - Ensuring confidentiality and integrity of accessed information - Reporting any suspected information security violation or breach - Completing all periodic mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard's guidelines By excelling in this role, you will contribute significantly to the growth and success of Mastercard's Small Business Credit Risk products and solutions.,
