Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management with 5 to 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in creating and managing Active Directory Group Policies, Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 Active Directory environments, and multi-domain Active Directory Forests.
Roles and Responsibility

Lead the Active Directory run operations support and ensure seamless day-to-day activities.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on tickets and status updates.

Work on escalated Active Directory issues and provide L2 and L3 support.

Manage Active Directory integrated DNS and troubleshoot related issues.

Analyze security events and manage Active Directory Domain Controller backups.

Monitor Active Directory and Azure Active Directory services, and manage incidents and service requests on Service Now.

Job

Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory environments.

Prior experience in creating and managing Active Directory Group Policies.

Experience in managing Windows 2016 and Windows 2019 Active Directory environments.

Experience in managing multi-domain Active Directory Forests.

Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in managing Azure Active Directory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Proven analytic skills and the ability to isolate and resolve complex issues.

Knowledge of Active Directory Integrated DNS and experience in managing and troubleshooting DNS-related issues.

Ability to troubleshoot Active Directory and Azure Active Directory related issues.
