Senior Specialist Channel Acquisition

Role Overview: As a Regional Channel Activation Manager at the company, your role involves identifying, acquiring, and activating channels through various strategies such as Training, Manufacturing Excellence, and Showroom Displays. You will be responsible for creating scalable onboarding programs for new channel partners (Fabricators, Dealers, ORC Agents) to enhance their competencies in Product Knowledge, selling, Fabricating, and Installing Eternia Products. It is crucial for you to interact regularly with new Channel partners while collaborating with Retail Sales Managers, Service Team Executives, and Project Sales Managers. Your responsibilities also include documenting channel partner profiles, meeting partners regularly, and overseeing all channel training and enablement at Eternia. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute scalable onboarding programs for new channel partners - Interact regularly with new channel partners to enhance their competencies - Document channel partner profiles for internal sharing - Meet Fabricators, Dealers, & ORC Agents regularly - Develop a Training Calendar for all Channel Partners and ensure timely implementation - Develop 30, 60, 90-day plans with new channel partners - Collaborate with the Training manager to deploy necessary certifications for partners - Collaborate with the Manufacturing Excellence Team & Channel Activation team to scale up the channel faster - Meet various stakeholders in the market to create a proper funnel for new channel partners - Set up both channel, Dealers, and Company Showrooms and experience centers Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in channel identification, acquisition, and activation - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Prior experience in training and enablement programs is a plus,
