Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Specialist-1 at Mastercard, you will supervise the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Card Administration team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in all tasks. You will have the opportunity to communicate with employees globally, lead training sessions, and provide policy guidance through various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with global teams to understand and address local requirements related to receipts, reporting, and audits. - Utilize strong data analysis skills to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. - Deploy automation solutions to enhance operational excellence and expand compliance monitoring and fraud analytics. - Act as a steward for policy compliance, participating in key projects to enhance oversight on spend behavior and policy adherence. - Communicate technical issues effectively and demonstrate proficiency in tools such as Excel, Oracle, Concur, PowerPoint, and Tableau. - Collaborate across functions to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. - Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Oracle, Concur, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
