Senior Spatial Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Conceptualization

• Lead spatial design concepts for retail, exhibitions, corporate interiors, experiential installations, and brand environments

• Translate brand strategy and client briefs into compelling spatial narratives

• Develop layouts, 3D visualizations, material palettes, and finishes

• Ensure design consistency with brand identity and project objectives

Project Execution

• Oversee projects from concept to execution, including design detailing and site coordination

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, fabricators, vendors, and project managers

• Review drawings, mock-ups, and prototypes for design accuracy and quality

• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is maintained during execution

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Present concepts and design rationale confidently to clients and stakeholders

• Address feedback and refine designs while maintaining creative integrity

• Support business development through pitch decks and concept proposals

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide junior designers and interns

• Review team outputs for quality, creativity, and technical accuracy

• Foster collaboration within creative, strategy, and production teams

Skills & Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Spatial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• 6–10 years of experience in spatial / experiential / retail design

• Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or similar tools

• Experience with rendering tools (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.)

• Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, finishes, and construction methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
