Senior Solutions Consultant

As a Senior Solution Consultant at Prospecta, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with customers to design and define customized solutions. Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of the entire project implementation process, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion. Your key responsibilities will involve executing projects with the Implementation team based on planned sprints, ensuring adherence to timelines, and delivering and presenting design documents to customers with clarity and alignment to their requirements. You will configure the MDO platform as per design specifications, mitigate risks effectively, prepare project status reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress, and provide mentoring and coaching to solution consultants and team members to foster their growth and development. To excel in this role, you must have 2-3 end-to-end project implementation experience in B2B projects within service or product organizations, with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience in consulting projects involving enterprise systems, a strong understanding of project management principles and practices, and the ability to make informed decisions aligning with project goals are essential. Additionally, excellent communication skills, a bachelor's or engineering degree with specialization in data analytics, data science, or statistics are required. Having SAP certification, prior experience working with SAP, knowledge of scripting and SQL, understanding of data analysis, business understanding of SAP Master Data Management domains, industry knowledge of supply chain and asset-intensive industries, and familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) would be advantageous.
