Solution Architecture: Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and architect complex solutions that meet specific customer needs or address business challenges.
Technical Expertise: Provide specialized technical knowledge in a particular domain or technology stack, offering guidance and support to project teams or customers.
Pre-sales Support: Assist sales teams in presenting technical aspects of solutions to potential clients, offering technical demonstrations, and addressing client queries.
Customization and Integration: Customize and integrate existing solutions or develop new features to meet unique customer requirements, ensuring compatibility and scalability.
Consultation and Advisory: Offer expert advice, consultancy, and recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders on technical aspects, best practices, and implementation strategies.
Proof of Concept (PoC): Develop and present proof of concept solutions to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed technical solutions to clients.
Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing ongoing support and guidance.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation, case studies, and best practice guides. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer within the organization.
