Senior Solution Design Specialist

As part of the Solution Design team within PS&E Automation & Solutions at Tetra Pak, your role will involve supporting and delivering advanced integrated plant automation and Digital solutions to customers globally. This permanent position is preferably based in SAM: Pune and ASEAN: Malaysia, Thailand, with some required traveling. You will have the opportunity to make an impact by empowering you to reach your potential for the benefit of food, people, and the planet. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for supporting sales of advanced automation solutions, leading pre-projects for Automation & Digital, participating in customer meetings, promoting Digital solutions, and delivering proposals for Advanced Digital solutions. Your tasks will involve creating solution designs, managing stakeholders, and translating customer needs into production solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support sales of advanced automation solutions and provide technical concepts for pre-projects and sales phases. - Lead pre-projects for Automation & Digital, including final cost estimates and coordination with engineers & suppliers. - Understand technical and financial aspects of proposals and articulate them to stakeholders. - Participate in customer meetings to detail needs and requirements. - Promote Digital solutions and capabilities from the central/regional portfolio. - Deliver proposals for Advanced Digital solutions and create Digital plant solutions. - Create solution designs, manage stakeholders, and ensure the division of responsibility. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technologies, Computer Science, Automation solutions, Electrical or Electronic engineering, or related fields. - Proficiency in Siemens, Rockwell, and AVEVA software/equipment, MES systems, and IT/OT technologies. - Experience in program development with Microsoft .Net C#, HTML, Java, and Web Service. - Ability to translate customer needs into production solutions and knowledge of industry standards. - Fluent in English and local language, both written and verbal. - Positive, proactive, and driven team player with a passion for creating automation & digital solutions.
