Optimize network parameters, features, and configurations to enhance coverage, capacity, and user experience for Data (4G, 5G) and voice (VoLTE and 2G). Perform root cause analysis for customer complaints. Expertise in E//, Nokia and Samsung Radio. Identify Automation & AI/ML-Driven Optimization use cases Analyze traffic patterns, congestion trends, and spectral efficiency to recommend network expansion and capacity upgrades. Support 5G SA/NSA deployment strategies, frequency refarming, and DSS (Dynamic Spectrum Sharing) initiatives. Work on QoS (Quality of Service) and QoE (Quality of Experience) enhancements. Benchmark network performance against competitors and recommend improvements.
