Senior Software Tester

As a Manual Software Tester at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through thorough testing and analysis. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with team members will be key in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze project requirements and develop detailed test plans and test cases. - Design, document, and execute manual test cases to ensure software meets requirements and quality standards. - Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. - Identify, report, and track software defects and inconsistencies. - Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure software functionality. - Document test results and create detailed test reports. - Provide clear and concise feedback to developers and stakeholders. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive test documentation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. - Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving testing processes and methodologies. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Experience: 2+ years of experience in manual software testing. - Experience with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, system, user acceptance). - Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail). Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. You must be able to commute/relocate to Noida, Uttar Pradesh for in-person work.,
