What you'll do at SLICeR FullStack Development: Architect, implement, and optimize new features and modules in our products using Python (backend), JavaScript, modern frameworks and libraries. (Django or Flask) 5+ years professional experience building front-end web development in Javascript, HTML5, CSS (Jquery, Bootstrap, Angular or Vue.js and other JS libraries for managing and presenting large volumes of graphic content.) Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Proven ability to work with RESTful APIs, including secure design and integration practices. Proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu for local development, debugging, and deployment scripting. Experience managing Python dev environments and software dependencies using tools like pip Strong system design skills-scalable APIs, performance monitoring, fault tolerance. What you will do at SLICeR As a Senior Software Tester, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of SLICeR’s SaaS-based analytics platforms. You will lead the testing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases efficiently and confidently. Design, prepare, and execute manual and automated test cases (integration, system, regression) for new product releases. Manage a team to design and develop test cases, test data, test environments, and automation scripts aligned with SLICeR’s testing standards. Report testing progress, defects, and product readiness to stakeholders. Contribute to building and maintaining test automation frameworks and configuring test data for automation. Understand product use cases and translate feature requirements into detailed test scenarios. Log and track bugs, verify fixes, and perform Root Cause Analysis on failures. Maintain clear and accurate test documentation, reports and dashboards. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth releases. Support agile testing practices, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives. Stay updated on latest testing tools, trends, and technologies in SaaS and automation testing. What you’ll bring to the team 4–6 years of experience in software testing, including manual and automation testing. Experience working with tools such as TestLink, Katalon, Locust, Jira, and Selenium. Strong understanding of functional, regression, performance, and security testing. Hands-on experience in testing SaaS-based or web applications. Ability to manage and mentor team members, ensuring quality and consistency in testing deliverables. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours during critical product release cycles.
