Job Purpose Position:Manager (IT) Looking After:Data Engineering and MIS Support Grade:L3 Location:Akurdi HO Experience:Minimum 7 years Preferred age limit:28-34 Qualification:B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A. Reporting to:Rajesh Chawla Nature of Role:Individual Performer Duties and Responsibilities Should have good command on LMS Domain Discussion with business on data request. Develop and maintain data pipelines adhering to design specifications. Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the pipeline processes. Collaborate with cross functional teams to address data related challenges and requirements. Experience in building ETL processes and data pipelines. Maintenance of ETL tool , related server and configuration of server parameters basis requirement. Must consider parameters that are part of the SQL Server Management Studio. SSIS-perform job duties in support of data warehouses, including the extraction, transformation, and consolidation of data stored in different SQL databases. Worked on python with libraries Key Performance Area Development Code review. Pentaho / Integration support Manage / Monitor / Deploy, Pentaho and SSIS/SSRS. Keeping the sops & documentations updated Team management Required Qualifications and Experience Technologies:SSIS, SSRS, SQL, PL/SQL, Python Databases like Oracle, MS SQL, MY SQL, Postgres (preferred) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to lead the team. Logical, able to think outside the box Good interpersonal and customer-facing skills Hands-on knowledge on any of the LMS platform- FinnOne Flexible, co-operative and resilient Able to work effectively under pressure and frequently changing priorities. Vendor coordination & management, Adherence to audit, process & compliance.
