Senior Software Engineer

This position requires a Software Engineer to develop ReactJS applications for a long-term software project for a client in Japan. You will be based in Trivandrum, India, collaborating with the existing project team on technical and management aspects. Your responsibilities will include requirement elicitation, software component designing, implementation, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. You should possess self-initiatives, decision-making skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and go-getter attitude. As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for performing software requirements analysis, determining functional and non-functional project requirements, writing high-quality code, and conducting developer level verifications. Clear communication of requirements and expectations, timely delivery of products, risk identification with contingency planning, and effective collaboration with stakeholders are key aspects of the role. Additionally, you will handle customer escalations, suggest tools for improvement, stay updated on relevant technologies, and adhere to software development lifecycles.
