Responsibilities

Understanding the product and responsible for implementing them for new clients

Customizations to the product required for any clients.

Identify technical risks and propose solutions for mitigating the same.

Code Reviews and Release planning

Meet company objectives beside BAU tasks

Work with US-based clients and cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure implementations are delivered on time.

Team player and ability to mentor junior developers.

Familiar with Agile Software Development framework.

Effective communication skills.

Requirements

B.Tech / B.E in CSE / IT Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Experience in HL7/MIRTH preferred.

Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in Web Application development and API development.

Expertise in Java, Spring Boot application development, with a strong understanding of coding best practices.

Proficiency with any decision management systems like Camunda workflow management, drools, DMN files.

Hands-on experience with AWS services like SQS, S3, ECS, MSK, CloudWatch, SNS, Secret Managers etc.

Strong database skills with experience in SQL and NoSQL Databases like Postgres SQL and MongoDB. Hands on experience with AWS RDS service.

Experience in designing and implementing ETL pipelines using AWS services such as Glue, S3 Kafka connector, Athena, Redshift, Py Spark, EMR jobs, etc.

Experience with Observability like distributed tracing and log aggregation platforms like ELK stack.

Experience with Monitoring and detecting problems by tracing metrices of CPU, memory usage, disk I/O, network traffic, and application response times.

Excellent debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot Java applications effectively.

Understanding of security principles and experience mitigating security issues like Injection Attacks, XSS, Insecure Cryptographic process, path traversal, Sensitive data leakage, IDOR (Insecure Direct Object References), Dos, DDOS, Improper Auth and Session management, etc in code.

Experience with IAM services like Key cloak, Okta, etc.

Should be familiar with "AI-assisted IDE" or "AI-enhanced IDE" for application development.

Working Knowledge of tools Jenkins, Sonar cube, and CI/CD pipeline is good to have.

Working Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts is good to have.

Experience with Python application development is good to have.

Certification in relevant technologies such as AWS Certified Developer, Spring Professional is good to have.
