Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at our company in Chennai, you will be a part of a team that offers AI-powered employee support for SaaS products. Your primary responsibilities will include technical leadership, feature development, proactive user-centric approach, mentorship & collaboration, strategic contributions, system maintenance & improvements, tool & process management, documentation & knowledge sharing. You will lead the design and development of complex product features using TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js, establish best practices, optimize system performance, and design user-centric features. Key Requirements: - Extensive experience with TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL - Proven ability to design scalable APIs and UIs - Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud - Strong familiarity with Jira, Confluence - Experience with RESTful APIs, front-end UIs - Strong problem-solving and leadership skills - Excellent communication and mentorship capabilities - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive cutting-edge AI innovations in ITSM, work on impactful projects with a modern tech stack, and contribute to product and team development.
