We re looking for a passionate storyteller and a strong problem-solver to help customers unlock the power of ServiceNow s App Engine, and Workflow Data Fabric (WDF) AI. As part of the DemoHub team, you ll collaborate with product teams, Solution Consultants to create outcome-driven demonstrations that showcase how ServiceNow s platform streamlines workflows, connects data across systems, and delivers measurable business impact ultimately highlighting the true power of ServiceNow as an enterprise platform.
Responsibilities
Demo Development
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Consultants, and Marketing to deeply understand the features, integrations, and value propositions of ServiceNow Creator Workflows, App Engine, and Automation Engine products.
- Develop engaging and outcome-based software demonstrations that showcase the platform s capabilities across various industries and business use cases.
- Customize demos to align with specific customer pain points and business needs.
- Build tools, utilities, and frameworks to simplify demo configurations and enable scalability for the Sales team.
- Gather continuous feedback from stakeholders to iterate and enhance demonstration effectiveness.
Business Acumen
- Possess a strong understanding of business domains and enterprise workflows to deliver impactful, outcome-driven stories.
- Independently craft compelling narratives that connect product features to real-world business outcomes.
- Lead cross-platform demo initiatives while effectively managing stakeholders and priorities.
- Ensure a value-first mindset to drive meaningful and results-oriented demonstrations.
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow s architecture, technical stack, and integration capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the demo lifecycle, identifying root causes and ensuring swift resolutions.
- Assist Sales teams with custom demonstrations requiring technical configurations.
Live Presentations
- Conduct live, interactive demonstrations, workshops, and configuration sessions for Sales, Solution Consultants, and customer stakeholders.
- Effectively articulate the platform s value proposition, benefits, and differentiators tailored to specific audiences.
Market Awareness
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality, relevance, and competitiveness of demonstrations.
- Build narratives that resonate with customer priorities and industry benchmarks.
To be successful in this role you have:

Experience
in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI s potential impact on the function or industry.

Education
: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). -
Experience
: 5+ years of experience in AI driven ServiceNow platform development, administration, scripting, and outbound product management roles. - Excellent
storytelling and presentation skills
, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to business value outcomes
across diverse audiences. - Proven leadership in driving
cross-platform demo initiatives
, managing stakeholders, and aligning with business priorities. - Proven ability to develop
engaging and outcome-driven software demonstrations
that address customer pain points and business use cases. - Proficiency in
JavaScript, HTML, CSS
, and Glide Scripting
to develop Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. - Strong experience in
ServiceNow integration methods
(REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.) and third-party integrations to showcase cross-platform capabilities. -
Mandatory Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) are required. - Demonstrated ability to build
tools, utilities, and intuitive interfaces
using Service Portal and UI Builder to simplify demo creation and improve scalability. - Ability to stay current with
industry trends
, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to build market-relevant narratives and demonstrations. - Strong
problem-solving
and troubleshooting skills to address technical challenges during live presentations.
Mandatory Certifications
