In the midst of digitizing our business model. Our small team is expanding to build our next generation software platform. Our new software will allow us to continue our rapid growth by entering new markets, expanding our sales and enhancing customer service.

Realgy Energy Services provides retail energy sales of natural gas, electricity and energy information primarily to business. Our current footprint covers Illinois and Indiana in USA. We differentiate the commodity nature of our business by offering advanced buying and service options to the commercial marketplace.

You will be working with Senior Developers, business domain experts, sales and operational executives. We are a small team that practices continuous integration and Dev/Ops. You will be challenged to learn and be well-versed in all aspects the software development life-cycle

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using C#, Entity Framework, MVC, React ,and Web API.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server.
• Participate in the migration and modernization of legacy applications to cloud platform which is Azure.
• Implement best practices for code quality, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in software development and cloud computing.

Key Requirements

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in C#, React and Entity Framework.
• Solid experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web API development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design concepts, including stored procedures and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience in application migration or modernization using Azure.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
• Proven experience in application migration to Azure.
• Relevant certifications in .NET development or cloud platforms are a plus.
