Role Title : Senior Software Engineer- Python Team : Analytics Team Location : Gurgaon Interview Process - Coding Test followed by 2 technical rounds What You’ll Do : Design and maintain automation solutions using Python and other programming languages. Promote and implement best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance. Analyse business processes and recommend automation enhancements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Monitor and manage the execution of BOTs, ensuring optimal performance. Fix bugs in automation scripts/product to ensure smooth operation and functionality. Assist the team in code development, whether for automation scripts or production-level applications. What You’ll Need : Expertise in Python programming. Knowledge of Java, RPA, and VBA is a plus. 3 to 5 years of industry experience. Strong proficiency in working with APIs, Rest Framework. Expertise in database management and optimization. Familiarity with machine learning (ML) & Gen AI is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Willing to adapt and work with cross-functional programming languages as per project requirements.
