Analyze, develop and support ETL and CDC pipelines in and out of data warehouse
-
Provide production support for Data Warehouse issues such data load problems, transformation translation problems
-
Work closely with business analysts to implement integration technology solutions that meet the specifications of a project or service request
-
Develop automated data audit and validation processes
-
Ensure accurate and timely data availability to meet business SLA, especially around critical time periods
-
Document ETL and data warehouse processes and flows
Qualifications & Skills required
-
Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting and debugging solutions
-
Ability to support and/or develop ETL pipelines and scripts in and out of data warehouse using combination of HVR, Snaplogic and Snowflake s SnowSQL
-
Experience with different source systems like SAP, HANA, OLFM and SalesForce preferred
-
Strong SQL skills including stored procedures
-
Demonstrated experience providing production support during time sensitive situations
-
Experience performing detailed data analysis (i.e. determining the structure, content, and quality of the data through examination of source systems and data samples)
-
Ability to translate requirements for BI and Reporting and data transformations
-
Actively test and clearly document implementations, so others can easily understand the requirements, implementation, and test conditions

Must have:
1. Expertise in ETL / ETL / Data Pipeline
-
Must have hands-on experience supporting ETL/ELT processes with a strong understanding of data integration concepts, workflows, and end-to-end pipeline execution.

Experience working with SnapLogic (preferred) or good experience in other ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica, DBT
-
Strong skills in troubleshooting pipeline failures, identifying data issues, analyzing root causes, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
-
Ability to understand and work with various data formats including CSV, XML, JSON, Parquet, etc.
-
Experience monitoring, validating, and optimizing data flows to ensure high availability and performance in production environments.
-
Knowledge of scheduling tools, job dependencies, and workflow orchestration for stable and reliable production operations.
-
Ability to collaborate with development teams to raise defects, provide logs, suggest improvements, and support deployment activities for ETL changes.
2. Experience in Snowflake
-
Understanding of Snowflake architecture
-
Ability to create and manage Snowflake objects (tables, views, stages, file formats)
-
Experience with Snowflake performance tuning (query profiling, clustering, caching)
3. Expertise in SQL Skills
-
Ability to write complex SQL queries
-
Strong knowledge of joins, subqueries, window functions, CTEs
-
Query optimization and debugging slow or failing queries
-
Data quality checks and root-cause analysis using SQL
4. Production Support Skills
-
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
-
Ability to analyze logs, error messages, and system failures
-
Experience with incident management and ticketing tools (JIRA, etc)
-
Monitoring and supporting daily/weekly ETL/ELT jobs (Snaplogic)
-
Identifying and resolving data issues or job failures quickly
-
Ready work in 2 shifts between (8 am to 11:30 pm IST) (no night shifts unless critical production issue) , biweekly shift rotation, on-call weekend support on need basis.
