Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions on

  Microsoft Dynamics 365

  (CRM/CE).
• Work extensively on

  case management module

  and related functional areas.
• Lead and mentor technical team members, ensuring high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.
  
• Develop and customize

  forms, plugins, workflows, reports, and dashboards

  within Dynamics 365.
• Perform

  data migration

  from on-premise Dynamics CRM to

  Dynamics 365 Cloud

  using tools such as

  Scribe Insight

  .
• Collaborate closely with onsite and offshore teams as part of the Dynamics 365 Centre of Excellence (CoE).
  
• Participate in solution design discussions, provide best practice recommendations, and support POCs as needed.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across Dynamics 365 environments.
  
• Ensure all deliverables meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
  

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Dynamics 365

  (CRM/CE).
• Expertise in

  .NET Framework 4.5+, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server

  .
• Experience customizing Dynamics 365 using plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
  
• Experience with the

  case management

  module in Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in

  data migration

  using

  Scribe Insight

  or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and integration capabilities.
  

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working in a

  Microsoft Dynamics CoE

  environment.
• Exposure to

  best practice frameworks

  , reusable accelerators, and enterprise standards.
• Ability to drive technical discussions, design solutions, and work closely with business stakeholders.
  
• Experience collaborating with teams across onsite/offshore locations.
  

Other Requirements

• All team members are expected to be

  co-located

  and work from the same office in Hyderabad.
• Vendor must provide

  dedicated MSD Centre of Excellence (CoE) support

  throughout the project.
• A senior offshore resource should be available to

  travel onsite when required

  to lead and support the overall initiative.
