About the Role

Senior Software Engineer

AI/ML, software engineering

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize scalable back-end systems using
Java
and
Python
Build and deploy intelligent
Agentic AI architectures
capable of long-term planning, goal decomposition, and adaptive learning
Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude) into autonomous agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar
Implement APIs and microservices for AI components and data pipelines
Contribute to end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents: data ingestion, reasoning modules, memory architecture, and action execution
Work closely with product, research, and DevOps teams to ship production-level autonomous agents
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Skills & Experience

of hands-on software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in
Java
and
Python
(especially for backend systems, APIs, and AI integrations)
Solid understanding of
multithreading, concurrency
, and
distributed systems
Experience with
Agentic AI frameworks
like:

LangChain

AutoGen

CrewAI

OpenAgents

MetaGPT
, or custom-built planners/executors

Proficiency in designing and deploying AI agents using
LLMs

Strong understanding of AI planning, goal management, memory systems, and feedback loops
