Job Description

5+ years of relevant experience.
Commitment to building reliable and resilient software.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, both synchronous and asynchronous.
Object-Oriented Programming proficiency. Our code is mostly written in Java, but meaningful experience with other OOP languages (Python, C++, etc) will be considered.
Familiarity with Data Structures, Algorithms, and git fundamentals.
Drive, curiosity, and ability to go deep into the code and fix things when they re broken.

Nice-to-have:

Experience in high-throughput, multithreaded, multitenant, cloud-native development.
Experience developing and operating within a 24x7 SaaS business.
Experience or interest in database implementation.
Experience working in the public cloud.
Experience working with Kubernetes or container orchestration technologies.
Experience working in distributed teams. We are part of a group that is distributed across India, North America, and Europe.
