Senior Software Engineer-Java backend Developer

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Java Backend Developer/Senior Software Engineer with 4-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle. Your expertise in Java, UI technologies, solid analytical skills, and coding best practices will be instrumental in your success. Key Responsibilities: - Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions. - Perform data analysis and mapping between legacy systems and new systems to ensure data integrity and consistency. - Interact directly with customers to validate business rules and clarify data analysis results. - Identify and troubleshoot technical problems, provide strategic recommendations for resolution, and develop reusable procedures for common data conversion routines. - Estimate effort for tasks and participate in project planning activities. - Follow software development methodologies and SDLC best practices, with Agile experience as a plus.
