Minimum qualifications:. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.. 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.. 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.. 3 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases, and front-end experience including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent.. Preferred qualifications:. Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.. 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.. Design, develop, and own key software components and features from ideation to deployment and long-term maintenance including working with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) and backend systems.. Lead and participate in design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions. Identify and address technical debt and improve engineering practices.. Take ownership of reliability, security, privacy, documentation, and testing strategies for your work, ensuring excellent production hygiene and support.. Serve as a technical point-of-contact, collaborating with internal engineering teams, UX designers, and product owners to align technical direction ensuring delivery of new features..
