Your technical expertise and leadership will contribute to shaping product direction, making architectural decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and building high-impact experiences that scale. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deliver Frontend features and applications with end-to-end ownership. - Lead technical efforts, making architectural decisions aligned with business and user needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver seamless user experiences. - Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. - Implement performance optimization techniques for scalable front-end and back-end systems. - Maintain modern front-end architecture using React, TypeScript, and tools like Webpack or Vite. - Ensure code quality through testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Playwright. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent. - Proficiency in React with hands-on experience in building and maintaining production-grade web applications. - Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern front-end ecosystems. - Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or equivalent, along with familiarity with testing frameworks. - Ability to make sound technical decisions independently, lead initiatives, and work in agile teams. - Strong collaboration skills and experience in cross-functional agile environments.
