Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Python applications integrated with next-generation Generative AI capabilities
You will work hands-on with AWS Bedrock, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent systems, and real-time AI feedback loops, while also driving dynamic, user-centric front-end solutions with Angular
This role offers the opportunity to influence architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and shape AI-powered software products that address complex business challenges
Responsibilities Generative AI Integration: Architect, build, and optimize applications leveraging AWS Bedrock models and the Google ADK
Agentic Systems: Spearhead the development of dynamic and coordinated multi-agent systems using Agentics to solve complex problems and automate workflows
Backend Engineering Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance Python services (Flask/Django/FastAPI) to power enterprise-grade AI solutions
AI Feedback Optimization: Lead the creation of real-time feedback systems to refine AI model accuracy and improve production performance using insights from tools like Amazon Q
Cloud Architecture: Drive the use of AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, EC2) and Google Cloud for AI model deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management
System Design & Scalability: Lead architectural discussions, ensuring seamless integration of frontend, backend, AI models, and cloud infrastructure
Mentorship & Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers, providing technical mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation
Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of AI and cloud-native advancements to propose and implement future-ready solutions, including the strategic use of Amazon Q
Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with significant expertise in Python, AI/ML integration, and scalable cloud-native systems
Generative AI Proficiency: Proven experience with AWS Bedrock and Google ADK
Hands-on experience with multi-agent systems and Agentics
Backend Expertise: Strong Python skills with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI; experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Cloud Mastery: Hands-on experience with both AWS and Google Cloud services for AI workloads, including deployment automation and optimization
AI Feedback Loops: Understanding of model monitoring, performance tuning, and continuous improvement in production environments, with familiarity of Amazon Q a plus
System Architecture: Solid grasp of design patterns, distributed systems, and large-scale application architecture
DevOps & CI/CD: Experience with Git, automated deployments, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Collaboration & Leadership: Strong communication skills, with a track record of mentoring peers or leading small teams
