Senior Software Engineer

You will be working as a Senior Software Engineer with 3-6 years of experience in Noida, UP. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and building highly reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications for clients. It will be essential to review and comprehend business requirements, ensuring timely completion of development tasks with thorough testing to minimize defects. Collaboration across departments and customer interaction will be crucial in defining, designing, and presenting new concepts and solutions. Working closely with other developers is necessary to meet client needs effectively. You will be part of a rapid and agile development process to expedite time-to-market while maintaining appropriate controls. Implementing robust development and testing standards is a key aspect to ensure the quality of deliverables. To qualify for this role, you need to have a B.Tech/MCA degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with MVC frameworks like Spring, ORM tools like Hibernate, and a strong grasp of OOPS concepts, microservices, and Java programming language is necessary. Proficiency in programming on relational platforms such as MySQL and Oracle is required, while exposure to non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/MongoDB (NoSQL) would be beneficial. Knowledge of Javascript, JQuery, HTML, and XML will be advantageous. You must possess sound analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum. Additionally, experience in cloud computing or Linux, prior involvement in client-handling roles, being a proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, and flexibility with good interpersonal skills are desirable attributes for this position.,
