Title Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at our company based in Noida, UP, you will be responsible for developing and building highly reliable, scalable, and high-performing web applications for our clients. You will review and comprehend business requirements to ensure timely completion of development tasks with minimal defects. Collaborating across the company and engaging with customers to define, design, and present new concepts and solutions will be a key part of your role. Working closely with other developers, you will strive to meet client needs efficiently within a rapid and agile development process, while maintaining quality standards in development and testing. To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.Tech/MCA degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MVC frameworks like Spring, ORM tools like Hibernate, and strong familiarity with OOPS concepts, microservices, and JAVA programming language are essential. You should also have experience in programming on relational platforms such as MySQL and Oracle, with additional exposure to non-relational platforms like DynamoDB/MongoDB. Knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, and XML would be advantageous. Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities are crucial, along with experience in agile development methodologies, preferably Scrum. It would be beneficial if you have experience in cloud computing or Linux, previously worked in a client-facing role, and possess proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable qualities. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are also highly desired.,
