Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Ship production code weekly across Python- and Go-based services and a React/Next.js frontend.
• Design and build new microservices, including real-time ranking, interview analytics, and pay-out systems.
• Profile, test, and harden LLM-powered agents while pairing with senior engineers.
• Speak directly with users, translate pain points into technical specs, and own features end-to-end.

Requirements

• Strong computer science fundamentals and demonstrable project experience.
• Ability to iterate quickly prototype, test, and deploy builds in days, not months.
• Care for both polished user experience and system performance.
• Curiosity about LLMs, information retrieval, and ranking systems is a plus.
• Eagerness to collaborate with engineers who have experience at Jane Street, Citadel, Databricks, and Stripe.
• Experience with Go, Python, React, or AWS is a plus.
