Senior Software Engineer – C# & SSIS

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Developers to join our dynamic team responsible for the development and ongoing support of critical enterprise applications. This role demands a high level of technical expertise, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using C#, SSIS, and SQL
• Support and troubleshoot business-critical systems with minimal supervision
• Handle large-scale data processing (millions of rows) efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement modern development practices
• Ensure high availability and performance of applications in production
• Work in overlapping U.S. time zones to support global stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development (8+ preferred)
• Strong proficiency in C#, SSIS, PL/SQL, and SQL Server
• Proven experience in data-intensive applications
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies (Agile, CI/CD, etc.)
• Familiar with using Jira to track and update progress
• Ability to work independently and manage production support responsibilities
• Able to work in a fast pace environment as business needs can shift year over year

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Cloud services (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks etc.)
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins
• Strong analytical and communication skills
