Job Description

Own and drive the end-to-end QA strategy, test planning, execution, and reporting
Lead a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), mentoring and assigning tasks
Develop and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and integration testing
Execute manual testing where appropriate to validate features, edge cases, and user flows
Work closely with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality throughout the SDLC
Create and manage test cases, test data, defect tracking, and regression testing cycles
Champion quality best practices, including shift-left testing and test automation frameworks
Track and report key QA metrics (e g , defect densities, test coverage, test execution status)
